Manager - Business Development
/ 01With 5–6 years of proven experience in Airline/Travel Technology Sales to join our team at New Delhi/Gurugram.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airlines and airports.
- Generate qualified leads and collaborate with the C-level leadership team to develop and implement strategic approaches for business growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts from prospecting through contract closure.
- Manage assigned accounts to ensure revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client business models, operational environments, and strategic objectives.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into competitive commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, etc.) to develop comprehensive solutions.
- Experience in industries such as travel/aviation technology solutions to airlines is a plus.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Executive - Tele Sales and Analysis
/ 02We’re looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at New Delhi/Gurugram.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively reach out to prospects to pitch products/services and close sales.
- Qualify prospects and follow up on existing leads.
- Ability to build rapport, understand customer queries and propose accurate solutions.
- Accurately update CRM systems and client databases with call notes.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
