REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We maintain the right to decline or revoke or cancel Your Application for eVisa processing at any point in time due to various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Embassy, or service provider or partner, or third-party system downtime and unavailability,
- Mistakes in fee descriptions,
- Mistakes in Your Application,
- Mistakes in the required Documents uploaded in Your Application
- Any other unforeseeable or inevitable circumstances.
Additionally, we hold the right to refuse or cancel Your Application if it is not meeting the specified requirements, if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.
Please note that e-Visas fees and all associated charges are not refundable, and our policy is strictly NO REFUNDS. Even if your eVisa is denied by the embassy/consulate or concerned authorities, we will not be responsible for refunding the e-Visas fees, service charges and all associated charges.
If You (including your customers) choose to overstay at a particular destination without proper approval, You (including your customers) shall be responsible for bearing any penalty charges, disciplinary action, or legal proceedings by the Government or other concerned authorities. We will not be held accountable for any such actions. If you are submitting an application on behalf of your customer(s) it is your responsibility to ensure that your customer(s) follow the rules, regulations and guidelines as laid out by the embassy and abide by the law of the land, failing which any liability shall be managed by you for and on-behalf of your customer(s).
We reserve the right to modify, alter, cancel, or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
