This Privacy Policy explains how Resbird Technologies and its affiliates and partners handle personal information. Resbird Technologies is devoted to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when accessing your account information, you can be assured that such information will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we obtain from or about users of our services (“data subjects”), how we may use the personal information, with whom we may share such personal information, and the choices available to the data subjects with respect to the use of their personal information. This Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to safeguard personal information and how data subjects can contact us to exercise their choices and to learn more about our privacy practices. Occasionally, our services may link to a different privacy policy, including privacy policies of third parties and partners, that will outline the particular privacy practices applicable to a particular service. We may change and or update this Privacy Policy from time to time so please check this page occasionally to ensure to agree to any changes. If you, on behalf of yourself or another data subject, continue to use our services after we change/update the Privacy Policy, such changes will apply to all information we obtain from or about you and such other data subjects.
Resbird Technologies, uses and discloses your Personal information to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient and customised product offering and customer experience. By continuing to use our services, you signify that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular data subject or device (“personal information”).
However, except for your user identity information, none of the personal information is stored on our servers. All the information provided by the user is stored on our contracted cloud infrastructure provider(s) and contracted partners. Our partners store “Photograph”, “Passport scanned copy”, “eVisa”, “Insurance”, “Flight Ticket”, “Hotel Ticket” and any other related documents required by the embassy to submit eVisa application.
We will only collect personal information about a data subject if it is provided to us voluntarily and with consent of the data subject, directly, or is collected by us to provide services requested by or on behalf of a data subject. When you provide us personal information, you agree that the personal information is one of the following:

Because our services are used by people all over the world, personal information that we collect may be stored and processed in the United States of America or any other country in which we or our agents, affiliates, partners, cloud infrastructure providers, third parties maintain facilities. By using our services, you consent to any such storage, processing, and transfer of information outside your country of residence.
The categories of personal information we may collect, directly or indirectly, include the following:
- Personal contact information, such as telephone number;
- Business contact information, such as address, and business email address and telephone number;
- Travel information, such as recent travel history;
- Applicant/Traveller/Passenger Name
- Applicant/Traveller/Passenger Passport Number
- Applicant/Traveller/Passenger eVisa Country and eVisa status
- Applicant/Traveller/Passenger PAN Number
- Travel Agency Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID
- Travel Agency Aadhar Card, PAN Card, GST Certificate, COI Certificate
- Travel Agency Security Cheque, Signed Agreement
This list is not exhaustive and may vary depending on the services we provide. The personal information that we collect is minimal and in line with the known standard industry best practices.
2. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
If you fail to provide certain information when requested and as per this Privacy Policy, we may not be able to perform the contract we have entered into with you (such as providing a product or service ), or we may be prevented from complying with our legal obligations (such as proof of nationality for example passport)
3. SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We obtain personal information about data subjects when the data subject, or a person acting on their behalf, registers for or use our web application(s) or our services. We collect and process personal information regarding data subjects that is provided when completing surveys, and assessments and information requests within the applications.
4. HOW WE MAY USE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE OBTAIN
With regards to the general user, the personal information is used for the purpose of authenticating the user to the application and processing the eVisa, insurance or any other services. We may enter into contracts with third parties that desire to offer related services to our users.
We may use the personal information we obtain for the following purposes:
- To provide you with services that you request;
- To operate, administer, support, personalize, and develop our services;
- To authenticate device and use of our services;
- To process requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud.
- To seek views or comments on the services we provide;
- To comply with applicable laws, court order, or governmental regulations and to enforce applicable legal requirements and policies, including this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use;
- To provide data subjects with support and to respond to inquiries, including to investigate and address concerns and monitor and improve our responses.
- To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our website, application, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business.
- To send communications to users of our service that may be of interest to such users;
- To operate, evaluate and improve our business (including developing new services; analyzing our services; managing our communications; and performing accounting, auditing and other internal functions); and
- To perform product development, testing and data analyses (including market and consumer research).
We also may use the personal information in other ways with express consent, such as when a data subject chooses to use a service or participate in a program we may offer.
In addition, by collecting personal information through cookies, and other automated means on our application(s), we learn how to best tailor our application(s) and services to our users. We may use cookies to customize visits to our application(s) and deliver content consistent with our users’ interests and the manner in which our users browse the application(s). We may use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our application(s). We also may use IP addresses to help identify users of our application(s) for the duration of a session and to gather statistical information about our users. We may use mobile app or other application(s) analytics to determine how much time users spend on each page of our application(s), how users navigate through the application(s), and how we may tailor our application(s) and services to better meet the needs of our users.
We may also use the personal information we obtain about data subjects in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.
5. INFORMATION WE SHARE
We do not sell or rent personal information of data subjects. We do not share any personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. In addition, we do not share or otherwise disclose such personal information, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

In addition, we may disclose the personal information to our partners, other third parties by or on behalf of a data subject, such as when the data subject chooses to use a service, product offering or participate in a program that we may offer jointly with another entity. DISCLOSURES TO AFFILIATES, PARTNERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE
We may share personal information of data subjects with our affiliates, partners, agents primarily for business and operational purposes. We may share personal information we obtain about data subjects to service providers we retain to perform services on our behalf, including, payment processors, data analytics providers, and cloud services infrastructure providers. We further contractually prohibit our service providers who access personal information of data subjects from using or disclosing the information, other than to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. We require these service providers to appropriately safeguard the privacy and security of the consumer personal information they collect, use, disclose or otherwise process on our behalf.
DISCLOSURES FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Our website and/or applications includes or may include hyperlinks to, and details of, third party website and/or mobile applications and applications. We also use third party cloud infrastructure providers and partners.
We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and practices of third parties and partners.
8. UPDATION AND ACCURACY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Please let us know if the personal information that we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.
we need your assistance to ensure that your Personal Information is current, complete and accurate. As such, please inform us of changes to your Personal Information by contacting us and submitting your updated particulars in writing to us. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for this service.
9. CHANGE OF PURPOSE
We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your personal information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

At any time, you, the data subject, or your authorized agent or the authorized agent of the data subject (including the parent or guardian of such data subject that is a minor) (the “requestor”) may submit to us a verifiable request not to use your or the data subject’s personal information, or to refrain from sharing the personal information with third parties, or to access, erase, or amend the personal information we maintain about you or the data subject.
To help protect the privacy and maintain security, we will take reasonable steps to verify the requestor’s identity before granting access to or deleting the data subject’s personal information. The requestor is not required to have an account with us to make a verifiable request. The requestor must be able to verify their identity with us and provide us with their authority to act on behalf of you or the data subject, as the case may be.
To make these requests, please contact us as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy. If we deny a request, we will notify the requestor of the reasons for the denial. You control the personal information that you provide to us. If you choose not to provide us or let us use certain personal information, you may not be able to take advantage of some of the services we offer.
11. HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. We have designed our systems incorporating the concept of Privacy by design. Sensitive Biometric information is stored on your device only and is not transferred to the company servers. Sensitive health information where collected is encrypted, processed and immediately shredded after the validity period. However, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you use our services and provide us with your information at your own risk.
12. DATA SECURITY
We have put in place measures to protect the security of your Personal information.
Third parties and our Partners will only process your personal information on our instructions and where they have agreed to treat the Personal information confidentially, legally and securely.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, partners, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
We will store all the personal information you provide on our contracted third party cloud infrastructure providers with secure password- and firewall-protected servers.
All electronic financial transactions entered into through our application(s) will be protected by encryption technology.
You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. Any Transmission of data is at your own risk.
You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our application(s) confidential; we will not ask you for your password except when you log in to our application(s).
13. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you terminate your registration, contract with us, information associated with your account is automatically deleted from our database, subject to certain exceptions. Please note, however, that merely uninstalling our application(s) will not delete or erase the information. By contacting us as specified in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy, you or your authorized agent may, at any time, may request that we remove from our databases any personal information we maintain about you or a data subject on whose behalf you are acting, and we will honor such request upon verification, subject to certain exceptions and exemptions. We cannot respond to a request or provide personal information if we are not able to verify the identity or authority of the requestor to make the request or confirm the personal information relates to the data subject to whom the request pertains.
We may retain certain personal information so we can comply with the request, and notify our service providers to do the same. Unless prohibited by applicable law, we may also retain personal information for archival or record-keeping purpose as required by law or our internal policies, audits and operations.
14. CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
We recognize the importance of protecting children’s online privacy. Our services are intended for adult audience and is not directed to children who are minors. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from any minor child. We request that you notify us immediately if you become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a minor child, and we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.
15. UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect new services or changes in our personal information privacy and security practices. We will post a notice at the top of this Privacy Policy of any significant changes to this Privacy Policy. We will indicate at the top of the Privacy Policy when the policy was most recently updated.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.
16. ONLINE POSTING
When you post comments, contributions or other content to the Applications, your posts may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside the Application in perpetuity.
